Chloé’s latest campaign distinctly evokes the desire to escape to the seaside. For Spring–Summer 2026, the brand fully embraces this essence.
Set against a radiant beach backdrop, replete with sand, sea breeze, and expansive skies, the campaign embodies a sense of warmth as if capturing the golden hour throughout an entire day. It resonates with intimacy and leaves a lasting impression, rather than overwhelming.
Stylist Elodie David Touboul curates a modern sisterhood with models such as Awar Odhiang, Jacqui Hooper, Julia Stegner, Noor Khan, Song Ah Woo, and Stella Hanan. They don’t merely wear the garments; they embody a collective mood—strolling barefoot along the shore, sharing the sand, and exuding a relaxed confidence that comes with feeling at ease in one’s attire.
As for the fashion, it’s quintessentially Chloé.
Highlighting light, flowing ruffled dresses in soft white, the designs convey a sense of ease and naturalness, avoiding any excessive romanticism. The ruffles appear to dance with the breeze, and the fabric is delicately sheer, catching the sunlight beautifully. These are the types of dresses you would slip on over sun-kissed skin, reluctant to take off.
Additionally, bold floral patterns in vibrant colors splash across fluid silhouettes, infusing the collection with joy while remaining elegantly understated. The prints evoke a painterly, nostalgic quality, reminiscent of cherished summer snapshots. These pieces, worn loose and free, flow effortlessly as the models move, contributing a touch of softness to the visual narrative.
To provide balance, the collection includes sleek knit tops paired with tailored trousers, integrating a grounded approach to its romantic offerings. The knits conform gently to the body, providing just the right amount of structure without rigidity. The trousers maintain a clean, relaxed silhouette that’s tailored yet soft. This combination captures the effortlessly chic aesthetic that Chloé has long perfected—where softness meets structure, and femininity blends with practicality.
What resonates most with me in this campaign is its inherent wearability. While undeniably aspirational, it also feels genuine. One can easily envision these pieces occupying a wardrobe—left draped over a chair after a sun-soaked day at the beach or tucked into a well-loved leather suitcase for an impromptu getaway.
The casting also enhances the narrative. Featuring women from diverse backgrounds and energies, styled in unison, conveys a subtle message about connection, confidence, and community. The photographs exude a sense of authenticity, as opposed to feeling staged.
Chloé’s Spring 2026 narrative centers around gentle assurance rather than theatricality. It encapsulates a serene confidence that emerges when you feel comfortable in your own skin. In a fashion landscape often dominated by extremes, this sense of ease is truly invigorating.
With this vision of next summer, I find myself eagerly anticipating its arrival.
