In her interview, Catherine reminisces about working on her new project, The Good Ship Murder, where she collaborates with former Coronation Street co-star Shayne Ward. She humorously remarked, “We’re like the mischievous children in class who shouldn’t be paired together!” Explaining their camaraderie, she added, “We share a special rapport that translates into fantastic chemistry. Shayne was a stabilizing presence during the first season; both of us had recently welcomed babies, and we supported each other through the experience while missing our children.”

Catherine candidly discussed her journey following the birth of her second child, mentioning the ups and downs of body image that many women can relate to. “Post my second pregnancy, I struggled with feeling like myself,” she confessed. “I felt weak, out of shape, and exposed. The pregnancy experience was fraught with hyperemesis, persistent sickness, and sleepless nights. My doctor finally said, ‘We need to take action; your quality of life is suffering.’”
